Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a fast-growing and dynamic franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for nearly 20 years. The experience and trust PMI has gained worldwide truly reflects within our service offerings on a local level.
Originally from the "other" Bay Area in California, Terance worked in the technical industry for over 20 years before venturing into Property Management. Having owned and managed multiple properties in both California and Maryland, Terance understands the needs and concerns of property owners looking to maintain and maximize their property investments.
Terance is a dedicated father of two teenage boys, and a husband to his beautiful wife Erica. He enjoys sports, both watching and playing including basketball and tennis, and spending time with his family.
Alongside the National PMI Brand, Terance is dedicated to helping homeowners maximize their investment, while leaving the management in competent hands so there is no worry.
